WHO WE ARE
We are an agricultural platform company established to leverage the opportunities presented by virtue of Africa’s current state of agricultural development. Wicklow aims to be Africa’s number one Food and Food Derivatives Company by creating large scale, sustainable agribusiness utilizing appropriate modern technology.
Smallholder agriculture is critical but properly run, can only feed about 15% of the Nigerian population. To produce the additional 85% required, the country will have to rise from the level of subsistence farming and embrace the commercial, large scale farming sustained to a point where it can create wealth.
Wicklow has through its subsidiaries, been involved in agricultural activities for over 46 years in the farming and processing of cassava and rice.
