Assuring adequate supply of production crops to utilize processing plant capacity has long been an issue in Africa. This has now been addressed in a comprehensive way. The overall configuration includes:

- Efficient logistics to ensure timeliness of crop input supply to the farm and raw material supply to the processing facilities
