• The Annual Plan and rolling five year Business Plan are prepared not less than 3 months prior to the commencement of the Financial Year. Monthly reporting indicates any variance from the plan, and the measures to be taken to address such variances.
• The General Managers are responsible on a day-to-day basis for the control and management of the agribusiness, its employees, and all resources.
• Wicklow assists with the sourcing of inputs and marketing of all products to obtain optimum prices.
