Management consists of a CEO, responsible for administration and human resources, assisted by a CFO; a COO Production, responsible for all aspects of agricultural production, together with a COO Processing, responsible for all aspects of processing.

All are assisted by Operator Trainers, who maximise output of all operations through hands-on presence. Wicklow’s head office provides support to the team through its widely experienced management specialists in crop technology, irrigation, machinery and risk management.
